The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell anything, and your email is used for club emails and nothing else.
Your email address when you sign up for the list, and the details you choose to give us for membership or event registration (name, emergency contact for events). Our site uses privacy-respecting Cloudflare Web Analytics — no ad trackers, no cookies for tracking.
Club emails through Mailchimp, event administration, and keeping the roster straight. That's it. We never sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
Club volunteers who need it to run rides and events, and the services we run on (Mailchimp for email, Smartwaiver for event waivers). Emergency contact details are shared only with event organizers, only when needed.
Unsubscribe from any email in one tap. Want your information removed entirely? Email us and we'll delete it.
